Returns Policy
WNDRLST Athletics are pleased to offer our customers returns (on all non SALE items), provided all of the following conditions are met:
- the item is new and unused;
- any hygiene seals, tags and original packaging remain intact; and
- you return the item within 7 days of receipt(please keep proof of postage)
Please note: Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty, so please ensure you choose carefully.
It is important that you follow our Care Guide when maintaining your Athletics Wear. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been altered or damaged due to not caring for them as stipulated in these guidelines.
We ask all customers to try on their items with no make up or deodorant on. Items with excessive staining, animal hair or make up will not be eligible for a refund/exchange.

If your item/s meet the conditions for return, please fill out the returns form above and send it along with your item/s to the following address:

You must post the item to the address provided within 7 days of receipt.
Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. WNDRLST Athletics are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
We will let you know once your return has arrived. It will then be processed as per your instructions, provided the returns conditions are met. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
If an item has been reduced in price since your purchase, please note that the difference will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
WNDRLST Athletics do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your items you will need to return your items directly to our warehouse and repurchase the new items online.
FAULTY GOODS:
All of our athletics gear is thoroughly checked for quality. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please email info@wndrlstathletics.com as soon as possible with details, including photos, upon inspection of any fault and we will refund/replace the item as appropriate in the circumstances.
